Lovecraft, Clark Ashton Smith, Ramsey Campbell, Carl Jacobi, Donald Wandrei, August Derleth, Greye La Spina, y muchos otros– seleccionados por el escritor y crítico especializado Peter Ruber, quien introduce generosamente a cada autor con una breve historia de su relación con la editorial, elaborada con materiales de primera mano, como la extensa correspondencia de August Derleth.

«Durante años, Arkham House ha adquirido una especie de culto leal entre los aficionados a la literatura sobrenatural dentro y fuera de Estados Unidos.
